    AVOID! Paid with my phone but it took 2 payments instead of one. I paid £60 and £120 was taken out my account. When I asked the staff they said oh this is a common problem our machine is slow. Now I’ve been told I have to wait 5 working days to get my money back. This is an absolute joke why should the customer suffer for Tesco’s mistake.?? The staff refused to give his name and said his ID number is on the receipt. They call it a Ghost Transaction! Very rude and upsetting will never fill up Tesco again.
