Very bad experience, disappointed at the service, once the lady realised I was a shopkeeper she tried selling me a corporate account even though I told her I wasn't interested, she still persisted, than she told me my insurance doesn't cover me ,even though it does, than the drama started with lady telling me that she didn't have my attention fully I don't know what she meant y that but I politely explained to her I'm a married man n not interested in her it was all to do with selling me all the additional things which I explained I wasn't interested in ,the lady on the desk is a scam artist she told me my booking was cancelled but she was lying I had 2 ring them twice to make sure it was cancelled, avoid at all costs

We hired a car asI was returning my son to university. Asim, along with another man who I was told was possibly his manger were very good and upon hearing my use and need provided me an upgrade to a bigger car- that helped out hugely. They were friendly and very helpful. Upon returning the car a chap by the name of Linford was incredibly charming and friendly and made returning the car a nice experience. Overall, a very very good and friendly service that I'd highly recommend. The location took just over 20 minutes to walk to from the city centre.

Highly recommended! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The car collection and return were very easy, and the team provided excellent customer service. The vehicle was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a great journey with no issues at all. Will definitely use them again!

I had an excellent experience with Asim Ali at SIXT Birmingham. His customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. What really stood out was that even while he was on holiday, Asim followed up with his manager to make sure my query was being handled and that the rental handover went seamlessly. That level of commitment and attention to detail is rare and really shows how much he cares about his customers. Asim was professional, helpful, responsive and genuinely made the whole experience stress-free. He is a real credit to SIXT and deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides. Thank you, Asim, for going the extra mile — it was very much appreciated! Sandeep
