  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. Sixt has unfortunately lost a loyal customer. We have been renting cars with Sixt for the past three years, but today’s experience was very disappointing. Both employees we dealt with showed very little compassion and did not make any real effort to help us or resolve the situation. After being a regular customer for so long, I expected a much higher level of service and support. Sadly, I will not be renting a car from Sixt Birmingham City Centre again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an excellent experience with SIXT Car & Van Hire – Birmingham City Centre. I have rented with SIXT twice within the last two months, and on both occasions the service has been outstanding. The MINI Cooper I rented was a fantastic vehicle it was clean, well presented, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. The quality of the car added to an already positive rental experience. I would also like to recognise the team at this branch for their exceptional customer service. One of the team members who assisted me was an absolute legend. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but his professionalism, friendly approach, and willingness to help really stood out. He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and his customer service was a true reflection of the standards SIXT represents. The entire Birmingham City Centre team deserves credit for creating such a welcoming and professional experience. This level of service is exactly why I will continue to choose SIXT for future rentals. Linford demonstrated excellent customer service skills and made the inspection process feel smooth and reassuring. Both he and the staff on the desk are absolutely 🔥, and their ability to communicate clearly, their thorough approach, and their commitment to ensuring everything was handled correctly reflect the high standards that customers expect from SIXT. I am already looking forward to my next rental and will make sure to get the team member’s name next time so I can give him the recognition he deserves.

  I had a great car rental experience with Nousheen. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From the booking stage to vehicle pickup and return, she ensured everything was smooth and hassle-free. Her clear communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience very pleasant.   Booking and collection of the car was fine. Only issue I had was I felt as though I was given the soft, hard sell to take out the extra insurance. I did sign the contact but wonder if this happened because I was a female! I only drove the car for 36 miles before taking it back (very expensive trip to the zoo) early. I had also paid the £19.99 admin fee to refill the car with fuel (I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to find a garage) and felt pressured to make that decision quickly. I only used £7.80 worth of fuel. In collection of the car it showed that it had 285 miles in the tank and in return this had increased to over 300!! Later in that night I received an email to say that the car had a stone chip on the bonnet that wasn’t there when I collected the car and also that the cars exterior was dirty! I was disappointed to say the least, I drove 36 miles and can honestly say that I did not see or hear a stone hitting the bonnet during my full journey. I also didn’t throw a stone at the car. These things happen to cars on a daily basis so I do not think it was fair to blame me. Also, the car was dirt inside and out on collection, it sits in an open air multi story car park in the centre of Birmingham, that’s why it was dirty! I felt that because I was a woman I was pressured into taking out the extra insurance and the fuel admin fee, in this day and age no one should be made to feel like that. I will never use this company again for car hire due to this and the cost £150 for a 36 mile trip (this one is on me as I signed the contract) which should only have been £90 before I felt pressured into taking out the extras. Lesson learned and I will not be fooled again, I have also let my friends and family know not to use this company either.
