  Car had a puncture. Sixt had to tow it. Abandoned me and my daughter on side of road. No taxi, no replacement car. I've spent 7 hours on calls. they refuse to honour contract. I've now had to hire car from Enterprise. Don't go near Sixt.

  Got a car hire for a week coming home from abroad and had the worse jet lag, was incredibly moody but I was served by Ikam who was great! Dealt with me with a speedy, efficient service, will definitely be coming back next time

  Had the most efficient service from Ikam when renting a car! Lots of premium cars to choose from for every budget which was fantastic for us! So smooth and easy right from the beginning through to dropping it off again! Would highly recommend and will use again when next in Birmingham!
