I cover a lot of miles with my job and am a regular at Longbridge Tyres. It's the only place I've used in the last 8 years because I trust the lads here. It's really important (as a woman) that I have never felt ripped off. I've had puncture repairs completed. I've even had times where the guys have checked my car, confirmed that all is safe and didn't charge me. Very reassuring when I'm setting off on a 200 mile motorway journey. My husband has had replacement tyres, which have been ordered and fitted quickly. The best thing I saw was one of the more experienced staff showing a newer/younger member of staff the ropes - he was kind, respectful and it just highlights the whole attitude here. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wonderful service i received today! Was originally told that my tyre couldn’t be repaired and would need to be replaced by rip off Kwik Fit!! I rang Longbridge tyres yesterday who ordered me the tyre in and rang me this morning to say it had been delivered. When i arrived despite there being a bit of a wait I was dealt with promptly by the lovely Josh who after inspecting it said it was a puncture and could be repaired! Such a relief as I’ve only had the car a few weeks and it’s only two months old lol! So a job that could have cost £95 only cost me £25! Thank you so much for looking after me and Josh is an absolute credit to the establishment! Will definitely be coming here in future and recommending everyone! Thank you again xxx

Had a flat tyre down the road. They kindly came within the hour diagnosed a mechanical issue and identified my other tyre was at risk. They swiftly came back and sorted that too. All before i started work. Excellent service and really appreciated approachable and friendly, would definitely use them again

I’m the type to read through reviews but never write one. I am actually impressed in how flexible they are to check over your car especially on short notice. I had the orange light on dash for tyres and couldn’t seem to figure out what’s causing they did all the checks however the light didn’t go. I came back the next day, the guy noticed change in tyre pressure from day before and was able to troubleshoot quickly. Genuinely grateful and great service, would highly recommend. Thank you!
