  What can I say from when I walked into the store around march time to enquire about a 9 seater I was served by Raff, he talked me through the process and even showed me one of the 9 seater vans, nothing was too much trouble or even when he had to repeat himself a few times as I was with my elderly grandfather, we walked out with a booking ready for our holiday on July, when we came to pick up the 9 seater we were served by Latham who was an absolute star the first van he showed me had a couple of issues and he wasn't happy for me to take it so showed me another one which was really nice, he walked all round the van and even gave me a quick driving lesson as I had never drove an automatic before and he was extremely patient. Upon returning and dropping it back Raff served us and we had no issues. All communication wether face to face or over the phone has been amazing nothing is to much trouble for them. I will definitely be back to hire again. Thank you to whole Sheldon team for making it such an easy process and making the whole experience a pleasure.

  Excellent service from Enterprise employees. The process was smooth and stress free just what I needed for my trip! I got the car on the same day and it was very fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to others.

  I have hired a car twice over two consecutive weekends and it was such an exceptional experience I've had with them. Shelim was so lovely and made me feel comfortable before I drove off the first time that I hired a car. Mo was an absolute gem in that place! He really looked after me. I knew that I could just call him about anything and he'd sort an issue straight away. I've had the best experince with this branch in Sheldon. I can't put into words of how briiliant these guys are. They treated me with so much respect and the help that I got, knowing how nervous I was just amazing! I'm hiring from these guys all the time from now on.
