  Rented a van for a day, discovered whilst loading it it had a dengerously flat tyre and two further quite flat tyres. Wasted half the day driving about trying to find an air pump that works. I was offered a £30 refund, told it would take 1-2 weeks to come through. Never been paid, two emails and a phone call ignored. Pretty poor all round

  A family member left their purse with money cards and driving license in the glove compartment last week wian air tag but they have denied it being there we showed them the last location, no help whatsoever so police are involved and it's an ongoing investigation she has 3 disabled kids and what they've put her through is unimaginable thank you enterprise digbeth for your honesty!!

  My daughter took her courtesy car back last week, 25 plate Vauxhall white. She left her purse with nearly £200-250 among driving license and bank cards, she had an air tag in the purse as we went back to they denied everything so now the police are involved, she's got 3 disabled kids and what they put her through is awful, can't say much more as it's an ongoing investigation. Disgraceful and horrible situation. Be careful don't leave anything as you will not get it back.

  I recently rented a Nissan Juke from Enterprise and had a very positive experience overall. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, and had been washed and prepared before collection. It was comfortable to drive, reliable, and made the journey enjoyable from start to finish. A special mention goes to Charlotte, who looked after my booking. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Charlotte certainly reflected that. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be for staff to spend a few extra minutes familiarising customers with the vehicle's basic features before they leave, such as connecting Bluetooth, using the infotainment system, and other key controls. This would be especially helpful for customers who may not be familiar with the model they're hiring. Overall, a smooth and pleasant rental experience with excellent customer service and a fantastic vehicle. I would happily use Enterprise again and would recommend them to others.
