  Customer Service Complaint Extremely disappointing customer service and a very poor standard of communication. We were made to wait unnecessarily, and we did not feel that we were treated with the respect customers deserve. We originally requested a specific car, but were given a different vehicle and then asked to pay an additional amount. We were told that the extra payment This has been a complete waste of money and a very frustrating experience. The lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. For this I must not even give a star

  Wanted to give a huge shout out to Sharik and branch manager Alex. Theres never any guarantee on what you'll get but these guys went over and beyond to ensure I had the exact vehicle i needed for my wedding. Not only that but 3 other family members had a flawless experience and given the best vehicles on fleet for my big day. Well done guys appreciate the amazing service ill definitely be back. 👍🏻

  I have rented cars from Enterprise in Birmingham quite a few times in the last 3 years. Of all the branches digbeth branch is the best. Very professional good quality cars, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very friendly. Just returned a Qashqai today after a week, another perfect rental week. Particularly Aman and abdullahi - excellent friendly staff.

  I’ve rented from Enterprise in Digbeth around 10 times so far, and every experience has been excellent. The entire team is professional, friendly, and always does their best to help. They consistently go out of their way to make the rental process as smooth as possible and have always been accommodating whenever I’ve needed assistance. I highly recommend this branch for their outstanding customer service. Abdullahi is very helpful:)

  I booked a 7seater online at this branch in Digbeth, enterprise taken my full payment on the day when I booked the rentle at 16.00pm I was travelling to my sister in-laws wedding with family. 30mins before i get the car I missed a call as I was heading to the store I come in the lad he claimed he was manager they don’t have a 7seater which then I was baffled like what do you mean online said u have the car at this store? I was really upset and angry as they ruined my plans. The manager could have reserved another alternative at another store but he chose not to help he was very rude and said you should have booked it months in advance as people do? The manger he then told his colleague to do the refund and send email regarding at that point but instead she said I got to see a guest not helping at all and making me wait over 30mins when manager could have send the email himself as he was chatting to his colleagues. I was like after I need to make a complaint he gave me email of a manager Alex who later gave me a call after few days regarding saying he wanted to know what happen so he can get bottom of it and help. After speaking to the gentleman he said he understood the frustration and that he will speak to his line manager and solve the problem and that I was entitled to a compensation he will copy me on to the email he sends to his manager, that too he didn’t attach or send a email also not heard anything since this happen from 18th June 2026 I’m very disappointed and unprofessional of them cause I was meant to have the car for 4days. I don’t recommend anyone to hire from there and I won’t be telling my family members or friends either.
