  Excellent customer service, the entire customer journey was phenomenal appreciate the team at springhill. Tash in particular who had dealt with the entire handover ensuring the car was satisfactory and me being happy. Tried doing the review via email nothings come through so here it is!!!

  ★★Avoid This Branch – Unsafe Vehicle, No Wheel Lock Key, Then Charged Me 2 Months Later Without Warning★★ I rented a Nissan Qashqai for a weekend and this turned into one of the most unsafe and poorly handled rental experiences I've had. From the moment I picked up the car, something felt off with how the staff handled things, enough that I opted for Excess Protection just to cover myself. In hindsight, that instinct was correct. Within the first leg of my trip, a tyre pressure warning came up on the dashboard, one tyre was down to 26psi. I pulled into a motorway service station, and by the time I came back out, a second tyre had started losing pressure too. I topped both up thinking it was minor, but it turned out one tyre had a genuine puncture. I had to stop again and call the AA. Here's the part that should concern anyone renting from this branch: when the AA technician arrived, he couldn't even remove the wheel to fix it properly because the wheel locking key was missing from the car entirely. He managed a temporary fix while the wheel stayed in place, but I was told plainly this was not a safe long-term fix. I called the branch to explain what happened. Their solution was to ask me to source a replacement car myself from a different branch, which would apparently be faster than them sorting it out. I called around, and unsurprisingly every nearby branch claimed they had no cars available. I was left to complete the rest of my trip in a vehicle the AA had already flagged as unsafe. When I returned the car, I explained the entire situation in detail. The staff member acknowledged it was their fault for handing over an unmaintained vehicle without basic safety equipment like the wheel lock key, and said I wouldn't be charged given the Excess Protection. Then, about 2+ months later, I was charged for the AA callout. No phone call, no explanation. Just a charge. This branch handed over a car that clearly hadn't been properly inspected, was missing essential safety equipment, left me stranded with no real support, and then quietly billed me weeks later for a problem that was entirely their fault. I would not trust this location with your safety or your money.

  Initially not the best experience.but manager Harris sorted it all out. Was so polite and helpful genuinely cared about the specs I needed and ensured I got a great courtesy car suitable for my children.
