  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They rip me off, booked on the net for a price & when they took the money out they overcharged me by an extra $1800 pounds

  I booked a rental car more than a month in advance to secure a competitive rate and, most importantly, to arrange collection at the branch closest to my final destination in Birmingham. The goal was to save time and stick to a tight schedule of planned activities. Just 48 hours before collection, I received a call informing me that the electric vehicle I had selected would not be available at the central Birmingham branch I had booked. Instead, it was located at another branch a 10-minute taxi drive away. The only "solution" offered if I wanted to keep my original pick-up location was to cancel my existing booking and make a new one for a different category of car. I find this to be appalling customer service for several reasons: Misleading inventory: If a vehicle is not available at a specific branch, it should not be listed as available on the website. If it was an internal oversight, the customer should not have to pay for that mistake. Financial disadvantage: Cancelling 48 hours prior to pick-up to rebook meant forfeiting the favourable price I had secured well in advance. Lack of accountability: The reasonable resolution would have been for Enterprise to transfer the chosen car to the branch I had originally booked. Outcome: I had to pay out-of-pocket for taxi fares and, worst of all, missed one of the events I had planned to attend due to the delay and poor logistics. I cannot recommend relying on their advance bookings if your schedule and pick-up location are time-sensitive.

  Elliot on pick up and Saf on return were very professional and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I had never rented a car before and the whole experience was made a lot easier because of these two individuals. Can't thank them both enough. A credit to your company and I will be returning as a customer in due course. Thanks again!

  I had a great experience renting a Nissan X-Trail from Enterprise. The whole process was smooth, and when I returned the car, Saeed was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. He made the return quick and hassle-free and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Saeed, for making the experience so pleasant. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again!
