  Good service. We were very satisfied. The process of picking up and returning the car was quite quick. They also offered to take us to the bus station. Finally, I’d like to congratulate Pedro, the staff member who assisted us throughout the entire process. He was very pleasant, explained everything perfectly, asked for our feedback, and cleared up all our questions. He also speaks Spanish and Portuguese, which made communication much easier. He is a very charming person

  Best car rental experience I've had - shout out to Pedro who made the whole thing just an absolute cruise. Great team there who genuinely want what's best for you! Will only be renting from here from now on, cheers

  Super friendly staff, even when clearly over stretched. Hired a Vauxhall Corsa or equivalent and ended up with a nearly new Hybrid Ford Kuga which was excellent. Minor gripe, the car was 1/4 full and with a return at the same level policy coupled with no experience of the fuel economy of a hybrid vehicle, handed it back with double the fuel, great for Enterprise, not so great for me!

  ⭐️ 1/5 — Very disappointing experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise at the Belfast City/Cromac Street branch. I arrived at 9:00am to collect my reserved car, but the vehicle was not available and I was told it was coming from another location. I waited approximately 45 minutes. When it finally arrived, I was already running late, so I told the representative there was no need to clean it. The handover was consequently very quick. When I returned the vehicle to Belfast International Airport, I was told there was damage to a tyre/wheel and that I would be held responsible. I immediately disputed this, as I do not believe the damage occurred during my rental. I was told that the Belfast City branch had carried out a 26-point inspection before the rental. However, when I asked to see documentation or evidence from that inspection showing the condition of the wheel/tyre before I took the vehicle, it could not be provided to me. What made the experience particularly unpleasant was my subsequent telephone conversation with a male manager at the Belfast City branch. I found his manner extremely rude, dismissive and intimidating. Rather than calmly addressing my questions and providing the evidence I was requesting, the conversation left me feeling as though I was being accused of dishonesty. I refused to sign an acceptance of responsibility for damage that I genuinely dispute, and I have now submitted a formal dispute and complaint to Enterprise. I have used rental-car companies many times and understand that damage disputes can happen. What I did not expect was to be treated this way when I simply asked for evidence supporting the claim. I hope Enterprise investigates both the disputed damage and the way this situation was handled by the Belfast City branch.

  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise in Belfast. We had booked a vehicle in advance and were relying on it for an urgent situation. Just 10 minutes before the scheduled collection time, we received a phone call informing us that our reservation had been cancelled. This left us in a very difficult position with almost no time to find an alternative. As a result, we had to wait until the following day, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to our plans. If a vehicle is unavailable, customers should be informed well in advance, not minutes before collection. The communication and customer service we received were extremely poor and unprofessional. My advice to other customers is to contact the branch and confirm that your reservation will not be cancelled before travelling to collect the vehicle. Unfortunately, based on our experience, a confirmed booking does not necessarily guarantee that a vehicle will be available. I would not recommend this service.
