- DPDavid PetleyJul 26, 20261.0Extremely poor - avoid if at all possible. We had a 40 minute wait to collect our car. The agents spent much of the time chatting and joking with other customers. They then aggressively try to upset insurance, with threats if the consequences occur any damage and a huge excess. On return, the agent inspects the car (especially the tyres) in excessive detail looking for an excuse to charge the excess. The car had a minor fault indicated upon pick up that was just ignored. They might be cheap (ish) but this was a terrible experience.
- LWlyn watkinJul 25, 20261.0I would not ever recommend this company, at all ,after returning the vehicle in which we hired for 3 and half days they claimed the tyres had damage ,which could hardly be seen ,and upon hiring the vehicle ,unless you had a magnifying class we would not of picked up on it at all ,we did not damage the vehicle infact we only used 2 days ,utter scam ,I would be very careful, on using this company I will ve taking it further they should not be allowed to get away with this they could not supply photo just they do an expection well that could be dodgy very poor

Been waiting since 1 hour and 15 mins and still no car in sight. A whole group of people is waiting in line too. God knows when the car will come because these guys have no clue. Been hearing 2 mins since last 40 mins! Absolute incompetence!
