  Brilliant service. I am always worried about sending my vehicle away for a few hours, although not here at all. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and great communication. I had new Michelin tyres fitted, new suspension parts and suspension alignment. Would definitely visit again!

  Guy hung up the phone when my daughter asked why her air con re-gas had only lasted a few months. Wasn’t interested in finding out why and directed her to a company in Slough.

  Cannot thank Keith enough. He helped identify a fault with a tyre fitting done by garage in Woodley (JustTyres). They cross threaded one of the bolts which resulting in strange noises from underneath my car. He took his personal time out to try to help in diagnosing the issue since the other garage who caused it were completely useless. I will have to give the guy a tip the next time I'm in.

  5 stars from me, woke up to a flat tyre in the van this morning, called a few places who said my tyre was rare and didn't stock it. These guys were absolutely excellent, very quick and efficient and saved the day for me! Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

  Technician that actually worked on my car was brilliant and very friendly The guy on reception is rude and really annoyed me. I walked in and said "Hello, i have an AM appointment for 2 rear tyres to be fitted" To which he responded "Well i don't know, you tell me". Didn't appreciate his sarcasm at all, Rude and needs sacking. AVOID this place. UPDATE! It's now over a month since i visited this workshop and was spoken to rudely by the man on reception and not a single thing has been done. After having an E-mail nearly a month ago claiming that the area manager was going to contact me regarding my complaint, i can confirm i have NOT received any form of contact at all. I had to ring their customer service line to ask why i haven't been contacted to just be told that it's being "Investigated" and "The area manager will contact me" I am confident in saying mine and many other peoples complaints have just been brushed under the carpet by the management and customer service team which seriously would not suprise me at all as i've seen it first hand before in my own working life. I'd fully expect to be sacked or confronted aggresively by a customer if i spoke to them the way he spoke to me. Seriously avoid this place like the plague, such a shame because the technicians who actually do all the hard graft are a pleasure to speak to and are so helpful.
