    I was very happy with the car I rented and the customer service at Bedford. Charlie took time to explain my hire and helped me set up my phone on dashboard. He was Patient and kind. Ellie was also very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use this service again. The car was lovely to drive. Thanks.

    My pick up time was 5pm was sat there waiting for nearly and hour the said they was looking for a car for me to have them come out and said the car was just getting cleaned 5 to 6 they come out and said the car is ready for you, it was a 2024 Nissan juke got in the car and the car had food under the seats the windscreen was dirty with bird poo the driver side sun visor didn’t have a mirror cover that made it very distracting when driving the drive seat and passenger seat had holes in the fabrics the car had a loss of power, the car was shaking when speed over 40 mph like the wheels where not balanced properly or something wrong with steering. The driver side and passenger side had tints on them but was removed and the sticky residue was still left behind making the windows stick and making a horrible noise when putting the window down. Contacted out of hours and was given a number to call but no answer when calling. This is by far the worse experience I’ve had with enterprise and I have been renting for years but 100% will not be going back to the Caxton road branch.
