The whole team was friendly , professional and made the process of ID checks simple. All options for extras were explained and the handover and drop off were seem less . Thanks

I was fortunate to take out the excess against collisions. A transit bumped me and I was unaware it had even happened until afterwards. I had to pay the £100 excess but for some reason the insurance company acting for Enterprise refused to get CCTV of the incident. If I had the CCTV I could have found the person responsible but instead I had to pay £100 for something that wasn't my fault and now have to mention it for the next 5 years when buying insurance. If I hadn't taken out the excess I would have had to pay over £300 for a minor scratch. I tried to take them to the financial ombudsman but, apparently Enterprise isn't covered by them. I recommend using Blackburn Van Hire next door instead. The only reason I didn't do this was because I needed 4 seats. I'm glad that I don't have cause to use Enterprise again.
