  I rented a van last week. I can honestly say, they were exceptional. Very professional and helpful, friendly. I would definitely recommend them for any rental. Superb service and they must have a really good manager and select the best employees as they were top notch in terns of service.

  I was really pleased with the customer service I received. The staff member Hassan was friendly, helpful and professional throughout, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They listened to my needs, kept me informed and was always happy to help. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend them.

  Got let down by europecar at the last minute and was desperate on a van last minute, called enterprise and got through to Shez. After a quick chat and explaining my situation the lads all went above and beyond, especially Shez to get the van I needed sorted for me, communicated with me the whole time and he even had to contact their Birmingham branch to get it sorted from there and started his shift early to have it ready for me the next morning to collect. The customer service was way above professional, the personal touch and level of care and compassion the whole crew had blew me away. The team don’t just see you as a customer. Never really known a customer service experience like it. Shez, Joel, Dylan and all the lads whose name I didn’t catch, you’re all proper top class. I’ll never use a different hire firm again. Can’t stress this enough, the team really bailed me out knowing I really needed the vehicle. Shez, if you see this, thanks a lot mate. 10/10!

  Exceptional customer service as always at the Blackburn branch. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We have used them quite a few times for cars and vans and they are all top quality. I wouldn't go anywhere else to hire a vehicle and would highly recommend the Blackburn branch of Enterprise 100%
