  I attempted to hire a van from here in April. I was told I could do this with a debit card. I paid in full for the rental to reserve it, which they had no problem processing. But when I was asked for a security deposit they could not take it using the same debit card. This left me without transport the day before the planned trip. I was upset as I was driving my daughter and all her belongings up to Dundee and it left me having to spend £100's to replace all the furniture once we got to Scotland that we couldn't fit into our car. I was told that I would be refunded in full for the rental cost, but as of today I have been refunded less than half the amount with no explanation. I've contacted Enterprises central customer service on the phone twice and each time have been told that this will be sorted. To date, 6 months later (!) there is still no sign of the rest of my refund. Be warned!! If they can't complete your transaction, good luck trying to get your money refunded.

  Always first class service from Harry and his team. I do a lot of business travel through this office and the customer service is always excellent. They also go out of their way when I need to book last minute. Best service I’ve ever had from a car hire company / office. Fully recommend.

  Outstanding service and value for money. Vehicles are in top condition and no hard sell on extras. Special praise to Louis in the Bath office who dealt with me on the out and return. Friendly and professional. Great service all round!

  Abbiamo noleggiato una segmento D per il nostro giro nelle Cotswolds e ci hanno dato una nuovissima 600 hev benzina. Ottima macchina, comoda e spaziosa e allo stesso tempo pimpante ma con ottimi consumi (meno di 15€ per circa 150 chilometri). La ragazza che ci ha consegnato la macchina è stata molto disponibile e chiara nelle spiegazioni e nel rispondere alle nostre domande, così come il ragazzo che ha gestito la consegna nella sede di Oxford. Servizio perfetto.

  Do not rent a car from this company. They were more than happy to take our money, only to then tell us that we couldn't rent a vehicle without a credit card. This requirement was not made clear until after payment had already been taken. When we requested a refund, we were repeatedly assured that it would be processed. Fast forward more than a month later, and we are still waiting. No refund, no communication, and no meaningful updates despite multiple follow-ups. One star is generous. If a business can't process a refund they've repeatedly promised, they shouldn't be handling customers' money in the first place.
