- RTRon Tal3 days ago5.0This is the first time I have ever taken the time to rate a car rental company, and I felt compelled to do so. The team in Bath was simply outstanding. They made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived, took the time to ensure everything was perfect, thoroughly explained the vehicle, and even shared helpful local driving tips. The level of service, professionalism, and genuine care we received was exceptional. The Alamo/Enterprise team in Bath truly went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you for the excellent service. You are the best!
- TATrish AndersonSep 13, 20265.0The process was seamless, both picking up and dropping off the car.
- DBD'Arcy BenincosaSep 11, 20265.0Quick, fast, and super friendly service. Jaiden helped me with many questions, get situated with my drop off, and get into Bath easily. Highly recommend!
- RHRob HampsonSep 1, 20265.0Easy car rental with friendly staff and clean cars. Be aware when arriving that Alamo is actually be serviced by Enterprise and there’s absolutely no signage indicating Alamo, so we were a bit confused. They also do not accept digital card payments so you will need an old fashioned plastic card for your rental.
