All questions or queries I’ve had they’ve been able to help me with, they’ve given me advise, done health checks and repairs in a orderly and professional manner with clear communication and VERY GOOD prices. After the initial inspection, they called me to say the car had failed due to an issue with the exhaust, assuring me that if I replaced it, there would be no problem passing the test. Trusting their professional advice, I agreed to the repair, which cost me £530. However, after the work was done, they called me again to say that the car was still failing the MOT due to emissions issues. When I went to collect the vehicle, they told me they had “thought everything would be fine,” but that was not the case. I find it completely unacceptable that they assured me the issue would be resolved when it clearly wasn’t guaranteed. As someone with no mechanical knowledge, I relied on their expertise, and I feel that they were neither honest nor transparent. If I had been told from the beginning that replacing the exhaust would not guarantee passing the MOT, I would have considered other options instead of spending that amount of money for no result. I am very dissatisfied with the service and, honestly, I feel misled.

Do I need to have a pre-booked appointment?

What are you doing to safeguard your employees and your customers?
We are COVID-19 secure and have signed the COVID-19 secure declaration. All our garages adhere to strict COVID-19 protocols including all employees wearing face coverings at all times.
Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting your garage?
To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.
What do I do if I can’t bring my vehicle to your garage?
If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
