  From the moment we arrived at the Enterprise desk in the arrivals hall at Belfast International Airport to pick up a hire car, to dropping off the car at the end of the holiday, we experienced excellent customer service. In the Arrivals Hall we were greeted by Manus who was friendly, helpful and professional, and who answered all of our queries efficiently. When we went out to the pick up point, Connor made sure we were happy with the car we had been allocated, and was keen to make the whole process as easy as possible for us. The car was spotlessly clean. Connor was also friendly, helpful and professional. He was easily contactable part way through our holiday when we wanted to add an additional driver to the booking. I would highly recommend Enterprise, and would definitely use them again.

  I reserved a 7-seater MPV, but your branch provided a 9-seater Ford Transit Custom as no 7-seaters were in stock. This oversized van was extremely difficult to drive/park, but critically, it invalidated my 7-seater third-party excess insurance. I was forced to buy your desk Excess Protection so I wasn't uninsured.

  On arrival to desk at airport had over an hour wait to be able to complete process and then wait to be informed of mini van being ready. This was not the enterprise employee fault as due to sickness he was the only person on duty. We were upgraded to a 9 seater minibus as no 7 seater available which we accepted gratefully. The driver who has experience with larger vehicles enjoyed the smooth drive of the vehicle and was careful to avoid small car parks and uneven tracks to protect vehicle during our stay only to get a phone call on our return home to say that a tyre needed replacing and would be taken out of our security deposit. Unfortunately we were an early morning drop off as our flight had been bought forward, so vehicle was parked up in the dark with no checks prior to departure. This is our first experience of car rental so did think to take photos of tyres prior to departure but do not recollect any pot holes or curb scuffs. Disappointed with this assessment but do not have any evidence to challenge this judgement.

  Avoid Dollar car hire at Belfast International Airport – Unauthorized Charges!I am writing this to warn other travelers. I recently rented a car from the Dollar desk at Belfast International Airport. The vehicle was returned on time, completely clean, with a full tank of fuel, and with absolutely no new damage or issues.Despite a perfectly clean return, Dollar has taken an unauthorized payment from my credit card without my consent, explanation, or providing a broken-down receipt. Customer service has completely ignored my queries. This is entirely unacceptable and feels like a scam. Check your statements carefully if you rent from here!
