  Veryyyyy bad customer service. I won’t recommend anyone to rent the car from here. It’s been almost 2 months since they promised me the refund for the money they charged from my deposit unnecessarily. I have been contacting them for this, they keep on telling you will get in 7 working days. It’s been two months and no response.

  Enterprise has been my go to choice for several years, however on my last visit to Belfast there was a problem. Not an accident or a breakdown of the vehicle. The issue is that while I get they will charge for visiting the Republic and this will incur a cost. I wasn't prepared for the lack of clarity or information that occurred when I returned the car. Upon the return checks they identified that there was a problem with the deposit amount, upon office checks it seems, I wasn't told this directly, this is my surmising of the events and using the charges that were added to my account after, that they had either not charged me enough or had charged incorrectly for driving in the ROI. Again, to be clear, this wasnt addressed to me directly by any of the 4 people in the office at the time. It was after checking my credit card to see that I had been charged for the initial hire, the additional fees including driving to ROI and the deposit that I had a 3rd charge for and additional 61.50 that was added on the day I returned the car. No mention of additional costs etc from the office team. Breakdown of that cost, following deposit refund was 12.50 for excess cover, that leaves 49.50. As I understood from my departure that there is a £27 cost to drive in ROI, I dont understand the additional £22 cost that was added. Currently awaiting feedback from Enterprise on this matter. BTW only reason I am writing this review is because I was prompted to by their site.

  Great service inc upgrading very quickly. Website options need improvement though to provide accurate vehicle sizes.

  Rented a car while in Ireland. Car was great service fantastic and professional will continue to use enterprise in the future. Excellent value

  The car was great. The service received was great. However the return of the car was a bit challenging, since the map shows drop off point the short stay pick up/drop off zone. People should search for Maldron hotel and see signs for car hire returns past the long stay car park.
