  Strongly advise against hiring from this branch. Hire vehicle broke down around 10 miles from Aberdeen and had to be left in a compound overnight with our valuables. No offer of accommodation was provided or compensated for. The garage dealing with the breakdown advised the vehicle had recently been in the garage for another fault. No compensation provided other than provision of the vehicle for longer - which would not have been required had it not been for the vehicle failing. Poor customer service from James and Cameron at Aberdeen South as well as area manager Jemma. Don’t take the risk in hiring from this branch/area.
