  Staff were friendly and we're very clear about the car, return procedure and damages - only taking a star off because you're required to have your physical bank card with you which is inconvenient.

  Very lovely and friendly woman on the phone assured me about half an hour before I was due to pick up that my reservation was all set and my DVLA share code would suffice as I didn't have my physical license available. Thankfully I'd already checked this before I made my reservation and was told then of the share code option which was super helpful. Two people confirmed this was acceptable over the phone and yet when I showed up and wanted to pay them I was informed by a couple of lads that the managers had changed their mind and the two people I had spoken with earlier the very same day were wrong "she's new and doesn't know" was the line they trotted out. Probably shouldn't have staff who don't know the basics answering the phones and making reservations to be honest, and definitely not a good look to immediately blame the only young girl in the room for not knowing things when it's surely the job of those around her to train her and ensure mistakes don't occur. All in all means I couldn't hire the van I wanted today, and will be making sure to always hire from the competition in the future.

  This people deducted money from my bank Account since April 2026 without my permission and have refused to refund my money even after many complaints to this branch and the main office. The responses from this Aberdeen North branch Manager and Assistant Manager were terrible. The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. The company customer service claim that if you make a complaint they’ll contact within 5 days, that is false. I then called after 7 days to ask about my complaint and was told it had been escalated and will be contacted within 3 days. Still false. My next option now is to go to the ombudsman as this company has refused to return my money. Terrible customer service and I still don’t have my money 2 months after it was taken out of my account without agreement.

  Great customer service, nice car and location. It was my first time driving around UK and the staff was very kind. Thanks to them we really enjoyed the Speyside Distillery trip. I took ScotRail from Edinburgh to Aberdeen and a 10 min bus to the nearest bus stop.
