I honestly have nothing but positive things to say about Enterprise Aberdeen City Centre, especially Andrew, who made the whole experience so easy and stress free.
From the moment I picked up the car, Andrew was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain how to set everything up, how to use the car, and what I needed to do when returning it. Everything was explained clearly, which made the whole process very straightforward.
What really stood out was that they also allowed me to extend the rental free of charge, which I really appreciated. The level of service and customer care I received was excellent from start to finish.
I genuinely have nothing negative to say about my experience. Everything was smooth, easy, and professional.
Big shout out to Andrew. Thank you so much for all your help and for making the whole experience so easy. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience with Enterprise Aberdeen City Centre.
I prepaid £376.50 for a confirmed Volvo XC90 or similar for collection at 8:00am on Saturday 22 August.
The evening before collection, Enterprise contacted me to say the vehicle would not be available and that an alternative wouldn’t be ready until approximately 11:00am.
When I went to collect it, the alternative turned out to be an Audi Q5 – a materially smaller 5-seat SUV than the 7-seat XC90-class vehicle I had booked.
I explained that I would still take the Q5 if they adjusted the price to reflect the smaller vehicle and inconvenience. I specifically asked for a discount/compensation and was told they couldn’t offer anything.
I therefore had to decline the vehicle and request a full refund.
I’m now having to arrange an XC90 or equivalent elsewhere at very short notice and have asked Enterprise to reimburse the reasonable additional cost caused by them being unable to fulfil the confirmed booking.
I’ve used Enterprise expecting a confirmed reservation to mean that the vehicle class – or a genuinely comparable alternative – would be available at the agreed time.
I’ll update this review once Enterprise Customer Services has responded and hopefully resolved the matter.

I was originally booked to hire a Corsa but was upgraded to a Mokka, which I was very pleased with. The car was clean, comfortable, reasonably economical on fuel and had some great technology. I had the car for six days and covered around 914 miles, including some fairly long journeys, and found it comfortable throughout.
The booking process itself was straightforward, although I had been informed beforehand that there was no deposit required for economy cars. When I arrived, I was advised that a £200 deposit was in fact required, and I was unable to proceed with the hire without paying it. This was a little disappointing given the information I had received.
However, the return process helped to make up for that. I was around 3 litres short on the fuel, but rather than charging me for this and the associated administration fee, the charges were waived and I received my full £200 deposit back. I really appreciated this, particularly given the difficult circumstances in which I needed to hire the car in the first place.
Overall, I had a very positive experience. The car was excellent for the amount of driving I had to do, the process was generally straightforward, and the way the fuel issue was dealt with was particularly appreciated. I would certainly use the service again.

Restored my limited faith in car hire companies. Picked up a car here after an issue collecting at the airport. This branch honoured the rate and provided an upgrade without the traditional hard sell to take insurance / upgrade etc. Service was friendly and upfront.
After a terrible experience with the shady dealings of Europcar Aberdeen I would have no hesitations renting from this Enterprise branch again.
Amazing customer service, nothing was a problem and the car was great. The location of the Ann Street building being so close to town is also great. The Ann Street employees need a pay rise!
