  Rented a van for a day to move my belongings and had a great experience. Everything was quick and straightforward. The new female staff member who helped me was really friendly and helpful. Great service and I’ll definitely use Enterprise again. Thanks

  Enterprise were very accommodating in my time of need. Stuck without a car in Aberdeenshire and having to get back to Manchester, the Aberdeen branch waited way beyond closing time so I could collect the car. I was in a no fault car accident prior to this and the claims company had set me up with a car from another hire company, only to find out I had to wait 48 hours. We switched to Enterprise and it was handled quickly, efficiently, and with warmth and consideration. Communication was good right through and I wouldn't hesitate to use Enterprise again. I would also recommend to friends and family. Thank you for everything!

  Rented a van from here, a few unexpected extra surcharges when you turn up on the day that weren't explained very well. There was a bit of confusion about the fuel charge but I thought I made it very clear how much fuel I'd be using and therefore how much I wanted to pay for. When I happened to check my invoice, I was still charged for almost double the amount of fuel we'd agreed on before I'd even gotten the van. This was made up for when I queried it on returning the van though, as the helpful and friendly manager did apologise and refund me the difference. The van itself was immaculately clean and in perfect working order so overall not a terrible experience
