  I rented a car for my brother from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Aberdeen Airport, and everything was fine until I received the invoice by email. £113 was deducted from my deposit for fuel, even though the car was returned in perfect condition with a full tank. After contacting the company multiple times and receiving several assurances that the money would be refunded because someone had made a mistake, I still have not received anything. This happened at the beginning of May, and I am wondering what happened to my money. Where has it gone? Even though everything else was fine, this completely overshadowed the entire experience. It's not about the money but about the complete lack of customer service and the apparent lack of interest in resolving the issue or communicating with the customer.

  Absolutley Shameful experience from Enterprise - Aberdeen Airport The issue was that I was told my card could not be accepted because it was "Palestinian." This was both inaccurate and inappropriate. My card was issued in Dubai, U.A.E, not Palestine, and conflating the two is disappointing and frankly shameful. I would expect staff to understand the difference and to treat customers with professionalism and respect. I was then informed that no vehicle was available. I understand that availability issues happen, and if there is no car available, then so be it. My concern is the way the situation with my card was handled. The comments made were incorrect, unnecessary, and left a very poor impression. I'd rather walk wherever now than hire a car from Enterprise

  I have on numerous occasions rented from Enterprise both professionally and personally, reason being always positive, professional and competitive relative to other car rental. This last time a couple of very questionable and costly incidents related to the rental and online booking. I have raised my issues with Enterprise and waiting for their response, my review will be adjusted accordingly. It has now been a few weeks and wanted to update my review. Enterprise initially reached out following my review and said they wanted to learn more however that is the last I heard from them. I feel it is important for those looking to rent a car be very careful. In Scotland we had decided to rent a car and chose Enterprise for the above reasons. However when I went to book online as I was from North America I had to book and select the basic insurance option. When I arrived at the agency I told them my Credit Card provided vehicle rental coverage and I wished to decline coverage. They informed me that since I had booked online and selected the basic coverage (which I had no other option), they could not alter the contract. They they went onto say that declining the additional insurance was a risk as often the Credit Card companies would not provide coverage as I had already paid for basic insurance and opted out of additional coverage. They strongly recommended I purchase better coverage, which I did as they would not adjust the online booking to exclude the basic insurance and enable me to solely rely on my Credit Card coverage. Next I informed them that I had originally booked for 3 days however may only require 2 days. They said no problem that if I returned early within 24 hours with a 30 minute grace period, it would then constitute the days of the rental. We did return the vehicle within 2 days and 30 minute grace period however they would not refund me for the additional day. I was told they were unable to adjust the original online contract. I disputed this and was told he was unable to do anything but would have his manager review my submission/contract and then contact me. I never heard back from the manager or any management at Enterprise and was charged for 3 days rather than 2 days. I have contacted Enterprise and laid out my complaint/concerns and have never had a response. I would strongly encourage anyone renting from Enterprise to be very careful with first online booking and any deviation from the rental agreement as they will certainly not honour their word,
