- MMMiguel Martínez2 days ago1.0I visited this location today (4/28) at around 7:45 pm and had a really disappointing experience at the QuikTrip in Town Lake, mainly because of the cashier, Nicole S, who said she was a manager. From the moment we walked up, she had a negative attitude and didn’t even bother to greet us. Customer service basics like a simple “hello” go a long way, and that was completely missing. What made it worse was how she handled our items, she was carelessly throwing them into the bag, including our drinks, which is unacceptable. It felt rushed and disrespectful, like she didn’t care at all about the customers in front of her. For someone who claims to be a manager, I would expect a much higher level of professionalism and leadership. She also mentioned that the person above her is named Eliot. I truly hope Eliot sees this and addresses the situation, because this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire store. I frequently visit this location and have never been treated this way before, which made the experience even more upsetting. The interaction felt uncomfortable and, honestly, came across as potentially racially motivated, which is very concerning. At the very least, it was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No customer should be made to feel this way.
