I walked in simply to ask how long the wait time would be for an oil change, but the front service employee didn’t even acknowledge or assist me. Instead, she walked off into the vehicle bay while her children were running around the waiting room. I waited for about 10 minutes hoping someone would come help or at least check in with me, but no service member ever bothered to assist. There was no communication, no greeting, and no basic customer service. If a business can’t even acknowledge a customer walking in the door, it doesn’t leave much confidence in the quality of service they provide. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

They double‑charged me for an oil filter, and when I asked them to fix it, they told me the only solution was to charge my card the full $200 again and then refund the original charge. The refund would take 3–7 days, meaning I would have had to pay twice just to get back the $40 they overcharged me. To make it worse, the mechanic flat-out said he didn’t want to deal with checking my transmission fluid, and they didn’t complete the inspection. I’ve been a loyal customer since they first opened, but after being treated this poorly, I’m never coming back.
