  If I can rate a negative rating, I would. They charged me for damages I did not make. Long story short, My car was being worked on and I needed a rental during this time. Enterprise did not give me the car I was promised. Instead gave me a much bigger vehicle causing me to buy extra insurance each day. They said they should have a smaller car within a couple days and I can switch it out. After 4 days of driving it, (obviously not getting a smaller vehicle) I felt comfortable enough to take the extra insurance off. This was a Friday. The vehicle sat in my driveway all weekend. I drove it to work Monday and back. Then Tuesday, my car was ready. I drove to where my car was being worked on. I left the key with the collision place and drove my car home. I get a call that evening from a very rude girl telling me I damaged the rental. I did not! They accused me of damages I did not make and charged me $1690 to fix it. I did not have proof, so I could not fight it. They asked if I had photos... why would I have photos. Had I known this was going to happen, I would have taken photo's every day.

  Even though I booked several weeks in advance, we were not given the vehicle we asked for nor a comparable vehicle. They attempted to give us a vehicle with a cracked windshield across the driver’s sight of vision even though it was illegal in the state we were driving in. They were not able to meet our needs and assigned us a sedan but then gave it away to another customer. After 45 minutes of waiting we were given a sedan that reeked of cigarette smoke. I declined because of the smell but they had nothing else to give us. Because we were leaving on vacation within an hour, we had no choice but to take it. The brakes were horrible!!!! They pulsated through the steering wheel and made loud grinding noises whenever we had to brake. Such a disaster of an experience. Clearly they do not inspect their vehicles, nor maintain them. We also rented a vehicle the week prior which stunk like weed. Enterprise, you don’t stand behind your vehicles nor maintain them. Telling your customers that you are nose blind is not a good way to do business. We do not recommend your company and will not be using you in the future. Do better!

  Stay far away from this place. The cee u next Tuesday that runs this place is dishonest. Says my wife scratched the car when she didn’t. Dishonest as hell.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I recently rented a vehicle from this location while my personal car was in the body shop. The staff was polite and the process seemed straightforward at first, but my experience after returning the vehicle was extremely frustrating. After dropping the rental off (per their process through a partner body shop), I later received notice of a damage claim being filed against me. The claim alleged significant damage that I did not cause. Thankfully, I had documentation showing that the vehicle already had damage noted at the time of pickup. After multiple calls and having to escalate the situation, the claim was ultimately closed and I was not held responsible. That said, the process itself was stressful and time-consuming, especially dealing with an insurance claim that should not have been filed in the first place. My advice to anyone renting from this location: * Take detailed photos and videos of the vehicle at pickup AND drop-off * Do not rely solely on their inspection process * If possible, ensure a final walkaround is completed with a representative The employees may be following standard procedures, but as a customer, you need to protect yourself. This experience could have easily gone the other way without proper documentation.

  I lived in Dallas and rented from Hiram location every week and always had stellar service and never had any issues. Moved to Woodstock and started using this location (92&bells ferry)as I rent weekly. Each car rented not was cleaned on the inside and the the outside cleaning was as if someone sprayed the vehicle with a water hose. The car I rented last week had just been turned in by a nice gentlemen and when the vehicle was given to me it smelled like the previous renter. I took the car as I am fairly busy and used my ozone machine and cleaner to erase the traces of the last person. All that brings me to today… I called enterprise and asked if I could pick up my car early to which the service rep said yes it is ready. Well I get myself to the location and the young lady behind the desk tells me the car is not ready, it’s not due to be turned in until later in the day… she told me with a slight attitude that if I had spoken to some one in the location they would have told me that however I called the number associated with the location and was told the car would be ready. Overall my experience with enterprise in Woodstock on 92 at bells ferry has been unsatisfactory every time. It really is challenging going from the best service to the worst (Hiram—>Woodstock) plan accordingly and bring your own cleaner if you’re coming to this location, and don’t be in a hurry because you’re going to wait on something every time. I’m going to try the one down the road. I miss Clinton and the team in Hiram
