Even when I called in, he took the time to help me, answer my questions, and made me feel extremely comfortable right away. When I arrived, he continued that same level of care. Steve really took his time helping me find the best tires for my car and the best possible deal. He went above and beyond, making sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. He was patient, honest, and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood my options without feeling rushed or pressured. On top of all of that, Steve is funny and has such a warm, welcoming personality. He truly makes you feel valued as a customer and as a human being. Service like this is rare. If you visit, ask for Steve. He made the entire experience easy, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. I am beyond grateful and will absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
