  Got an oil change and next morning noticed a leak on my garage floor. Update: excellent customer service. Came to my house to fix & offered clean the garage floor (not needed as it wiped up) the next day.

  Fantastic customer service, very quick oil change, extremely polite staff, and they did not shove the air filter/windshield wiper sales down my throat like other oil change places. I will definitely be returning in the future when my other vehicles need oil changes.

  Exceptional Service — Business Earned for Life ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Star Experience - must read! We brought our 2021 Kia Telluride to Strickland Brothers for a routine oil change. Some time after, I noticed a small oil drip. At that point, it was never even fully determined whether it was something they did or simply a failed seal on our end — and honestly, it was probably a part failure. What happened next is what truly sets this company apart. Michael, the owner, personally called me and handled the situation with professionalism and integrity. Because the line wasn’t entirely clear on whether the issue was a failed part or something related to the service, he took ownership of making it right. His focus was on standing behind the work, doing right by the customer, and building a long-term relationship — not pointing fingers. They went way above and beyond. Kia is notorious for requiring OEM parts (aftermarket just won’t work properly), so they had to track down a specific part. Michael and his team called multiple Kia dealerships, pulled strings, and somehow managed to get the part the same day, even though we were originally told it could take several days. That alone was impressive. They repaired the vehicle immediately — and the next morning, Michael and his father personally delivered the car to my house. His father has over 40 years of experience working on vehicles and plays an active role in overseeing the work, which really shows. The two of them together are an impressive team. In conversation, I mentioned to Michael that part of my work involves helping businesses think through customer experience, and we talked about what it looks like to truly take care of people. The hardest time to do that is when it costs the business owner money. This repair did cost him money — and he still did the right thing without hesitation. I’ve already referred many people to Strickland Brothers in the past because of consistently good service — but this experience was different. I can confidently say I will never get my oil changed anywhere else, and I will be using Strickland Brothers for any automotive service they offer. I’ll continue referring people without hesitation. This is only the second time in my entire life I’ve said this about a business: They’ve earned my business for life.

  Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Hickory Flat is the only place I will take my vehicles ever again. I cannot say enough good things about the owners of Strickland Brothers, Michael and Al. They are truly men of integrity. We have been customers of Strickland Brothers for two years, but only recently discovered how exceptional they really are. Recently when we brought our vehicle back to Strickland Brothers for an oil change, they discovered that their former employee who had done our last oil change (who had since been let go) had made a mistake and the drain plug could now not be removed to do the oil change. Automotive shops tend to have a reputation (fair or unfair) of trying to rip people off, do everything to pass the blame or never admit something was their error, but FAR from that, Michael and Al took full responsibility for the issue and promised us that they would make it right. In order to correct the issue, they needed to replace our oil pan. As "luck" (bad luck) would have it, getting to our oil pan was more difficult than other cars due to significant rust on our vehicle (which obviously was no fault of Strickland Brothers, Michael or Al). In the end they had to remove, repair, and replace parts of our exhaust in order to reach the oil pan that their mechanics had never touched and had nothing to do with the oil pan itself. I believe other shops would have told us that they could charge us for that piece of it or would refuse to resolve it; however, they completed the entire job free of charge, insisting they would make the problem right. They even told us to rent a car if we needed one in the meantime and that they would fully reimburse us for the cost of the rental. Throughout the entire process, they were so communicative, open, and transparent about what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how they would fix the problem. They would not rest until they made sure everything was perfect, even staying late past closing if they had to, in order to juggle this job with other customers' needs those days. What I am sure was a nightmare of a process for them was the dream car care experience for me. To say they went above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe it. There really aren't words to describe how impressed I am. Michael and Al are truly honest and decent men of integrity. They handled the issue with transparency, professionalism, excellence, and skill. They have earned lifelong customers of my wife and I. I will never take my car anywhere else. It is my pleasure to fully support and endorse Strickland Brothers, and I encourage you to do the same!
