I don’t know much about cars, and today I was honestly overwhelmed trying to figure out what was going on with mine. Zach and the entire team stepped in immediately. They were kind, patient, and explained everything in a way that made sense. They jumped on my car right away and fixed the issue fast. Truly a God send today. It’s rare to find people who are not only knowledgeable but genuinely care. I’m so thankful for their help and can confidently say they’ve earned another generation of loyal customers.

I made an appointment for the battery, arrived on time, and was driving out 20 minutes later. So much better than my last new battery at Hennessy Honda that took 4.5 hours. I even laughed a lot as they are personable, funny, and OK with a conversation with a lowly customer. I will once again plan to go back when I need something. Thanks Mr. Tire!

Walked me through various options. I went from a super aggressive and loud set of Grapplers to a smoother and quieter GoodYear Outbound AT tire. Prices are fair and the guys are honest. Extremely happy with my outcome. I'll be taking my vehicle here now for regular maintenance.
