  I’ve been coming to this location for years and have always been satisfied. The mechanic does great work. Chris and the others always give great customer service. Will not go anywhere else.

  Friendly staff and quick service! I went in for an oil change and it was very fast! I will definitely be back.

  Changed my light bulb for free every other shop was charging $80 or more I was shocked. This shop has never done me wrong. Love these guys!!!

  I thought I had made a review already but I guess it didn't go through. HOWEVER when I went in a few weeks ago to get my oil changed it was really cold below freezing temps and when I pulled in I asked them why they had their doors opened and asked if they had heat, and their response was," well my district manager is here and he's making us keep them up and we told him about the heaters not working in here" I was baffled! How could someone let their employees freeze like this. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my vehicle to be done, I guess the district manager came in trying to sell me the air filter and I told him NO multiple times that I didnt want it but it seemed like he was forcing me to get it, so I GOT IT. It's pretty unfortunate that these great guys have to put up with him, there was Chris and I think the other guy was the manager I dont remember his name but they were fantastic! They didn't rush me on anything and were very nice and funny. They had a line backed up and thats the first time I seen it like that. (Maybe because they were in stress due to the DM being there) none the less, I will be going back hopefully when he isn't there. 5 stars all the way.

  I have been coming to Grease Monkey on Hwy 92 for a long time. I had always had a great experience with a gentleman named Chris. So when my coolant started leaking, I of course called them. I was told to bring my car to them to look at. My car had not ran hot, my coolant was slowly dripping out. My temp gage was still showing completely normal when I drove my car to them. Chris was busy helping another customer so a young man named Justin said he could help me. He pulled my car in. I told him that I need a hose changed because my coolant has started to slowly drip out. Within minutes of pulling my car in. Justin quickly came to me telling me what a horrible leak I have. When he took me back to my car. It was all of a sudden, pouring out coolant. As soon as he poured some more coolant in, it came completely out. I knew the very slowly leaking hose was tampered with and made worse. So bad that I could not take my car from their location unless I paid for it to be towed. I was told they could fix it for $400. I was told the hose alone was $100. I checked on that by the way with several places. The cost of that hose was under $45. I was also told they will need to keep it a full day to work on because of how and where the hose was positioned, it would take them most of the day to fix. I was placed in a forced position to where I had to leave my car. I agreed to pay the $400. They started on the car the next morning. I called to check in at 2:30 and was told they were actually almost done and I can pick up by 4pm. The cost will be $391 plus tax. I got a ride to get my car. When I showed up Justin told me it took him longer than expected so the charge to replace a hose was going to be $570. I made it very clear that I am only paying $400 as I was told this would be the highest amount the cost would be. I questioned the extra $170 labor cost when I was already told it will take the whole day to fix. After I addressed him and his Manager about this, I only paid the $391 plus tax. My car was fixed, but my trust which is Invaluable was completely Gone. My car Was tampered with...NO DOUBT and Then They tried to Take more than they had already taken from me. That was not about to happen. I thought about reporting them to the Better Business Beareau and filing an official complaint to any Corporate Grease Monkey Location I can find. But instead...I just decided to leave a detailed review and tell all of my family and friends what happened then take my business elsewhere. It really sucks to have someone you can depend on for great service and then that company starts bringing in greedy, deceitful thieves. This was the worst Christmas Eve I have ever had thanks to Justin and his crew at Grease Monkey on Hwy 92 in Woodstock, Ga
