Didn't love the pushy tactics seeking a five star review, right down to a QR code on employee name tags, nor the follow-up texts afterwards. That all feels sketchy and desperate, though it's no fault of the techs. Wipe your hands off before getting in a customer car. I shouldn't need to go clean oily handprints off my steering wheel and shifter.

They identify issues and propose solutions but are never ever pushy if you decline the extra service. During my oil changes they top off fluids which not all shops do, so I really appreciate it and feel that I can leave the shop worry free. Thanks GM Woodstock Team for being awesome!
