  Came in for an oil change.I've had low air pressure in one of my tires for the past week.I figured they'd fill it cause it was part of their routine.It shows on the receipt that it was done but it wasn't... Can I trust them to work under the hood if they're too lazy to complete all items on their own checklist and something as simple as putting air in a tire? What other items on that checklist were overlooked or just ignored that I paid for?

  These folks are so helpful! They have always gone the extra mile to help. They treat you like a real peraon and don't try to charge you $100s of dollars to even speak to you for a minute. Will definitely go back again.

  I brought my SUV here to an oil change. No complaints about that, but technician came to me after a while and said that the vehicle wouldn’t start for him and after testing the battery he told me it was dead. He recommended replacing the battery with them. I was surprised to hear all of this since I Hadn’t had any issues regarding the battery recently. I declined this service and only the oil change was completed. My vehicle started up just fine after the oil change was completed when I left. Then I drove to AutoZone to have my battery tested and they said it was at 100%. Two other customers waiting in the lobby at Grease monkey told me they had similar stories happen to them where the tech recommended replacing the battery, when they had no issues prior. No complaints about the oil change, just be careful about any additional upsells. Not sure if this shop doesn’t know how to test batteries or if they are intentionally lying, either way they lost my trust.

  I was greeted cordially by Andy who listened closely to my car’s needs and then escorted to the waiting room where the coffee and amenities were pointed out. Andy kept me informed about the progress with my car’s service. Later, when the car was ready, he presented the bill gently, and thanked me for coming in. The service was successful; the car runs better than ever, and I think the price was very reasonable. Also a successful tune up.
