I was truly appauled at the lack of proffesionalism, Care, Customer service and kindness that was displayed by the assistant manager at this location.
I got my car repaired and Caliber Collison, about 5 minutes down the street from Enterprise, therefore, I rented a car from this location.
When my car was ready at Caliber, I got off work and came back to this location to return the rental. This location close at 6pm, I got there around 5:50pm, I made the guy who identify himself as the assistant manager aware that I would need a ride to Caliber. He stated that I should drop the car off to Caliber, leave it there and they would pick it up in the morning.
* Here is the issue, I previously worked for Enterprise, I am fully aware that if I drop the rental off at the body shop and anything happens to it, it would be solely my responsibility. Therefore, I made him aware that I was not comfortable doing as he requested, and I would prefer that the rental gets check back in today and I would just need a ride five minutes down the street to Caliber.
This assistant manager refuse to give me a ride down the street to Caliber. It was also another guy working with him at this time. I was honestly shocked. He stated that according to their policy, they stopped giving rides at 5:30pm. This is absolutely not true, furthermore, there were no signs on the door to make the customers aware that they would not recieve a ride after 5:30pm.
I decided that I would call an uber, however, the wait time for the Uber was long, therefore, I went ahead and walked to the bodyshop to get my car. The lady at the body shop who works with Enterprise on a daily basis said she has never heard about their no drop off after 5:30pm.
As someone who previously worked at Enterprise, Customer Service was huge at the location I worked at. Even if someone came in at closing, we would still give them a ride to their home or a body shop.
I was and still am truly appauled at the lack of proffesionalism, Care, Customer service and kindness that was displayed by the assistant manager at this location.

This rental enterprise is simply the best in the business. I have used them extensively over the years—for business travel, personal leisure trips, and even when getting a replacement car through my insurance during a repair. Every single time, the service has been consistently excellent and reliable.
Their staff is always professional, and the process is seamless, no matter the circumstances of the rental. I’ve been using them so long that I remember when they even offered home pickup; I was picked up from my house a few times back then—that’s how dedicated they are to top-notch customer service!
Highly, highly recommend. They’ve earned my loyalty many times over.
I’m writing to formally express my frustration with the poor service I received during my recent reservation with Enterprise Bells Ferry rd Woodstock location) , and to request appropriate follow-up and resolution.
I originally made a reservation on November 7, receiving confirmation number 1685746835, to pick up a vehicle on November 10 for a work conference. Upon arrival, I was asked for my credit card and insurance details; my card was charged, and I was told the car was being cleaned. I waited approximately 20 minutes before a representative came outside to inform me that there were no vehicles available to rent.
This was extremely disappointing and confusing, especially after receiving a confirmed reservation days in advance and being told moments earlier that the car was being prepared. When I questioned why my confirmed booking wasn’t honored, I was offered no clear explanation and was instead told to visit another Enterprise location myself.
Eventually, I located a vehicle at the Enterprise location on Cobb Parkway, but not before significant inconvenience, delay, and an unnecessary $450 charge at the Woodstock Bells Ferry Road location.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered such issues with this branch. A similar incident occurred about a year ago, when I reserved and prepaid for an SUV that was unavailable upon arrival, forcing me to cancel and rent from another provider.
Customers make advance reservations for reliability and planning — not to arrive and be told there are no cars available. This pattern of overbooking and lack of accountability at the Woodstock Bells Ferry Road Enterprise location reflects serious operational and management failures.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed, the charge reversed, and appropriate corrective actions taken to ensure confirmed reservations are honored moving forward.

My experience at Enterprise was great! Evan helped my mother and me with our rental, and he was very nice and personable. I’ll definitely come here again because of his hospitality and the excellent service I received when returning the van.

Even though the location seemed a bit short-staffed when I arrived, Lisa went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping customers — which made all the difference. Thank you, Lisa, for turning what could’ve been a stressful rental into a great experience!
