Canton called the Woodstock location and told me to come over, assuring me they would have something comparable. When I arrived in Woodstock, they initially offered me a GLS 450. While I was inspecting the vehicle, it was taken back because they had another reservation later that evening. I was then provided a 2026 BMW X5 AWD. Shortly afterward, staff came back and told me they also needed that vehicle and attempted to downgrade me to a BMW X2, which is not even close to the class I reserved and paid for. The manager repeatedly pushed the X2 despite it being a lower-class vehicle. Only after I refused did the manager finally allow me to keep the X5. Throughout this process, I felt disrespected and treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The manager appeared more concerned with protecting future reservations than honoring mine. It also felt as though the Woodstock location never intended to provide a true Premium Luxury SUV and was attempting to downgrade me from the start. If you’re looking for professional service, I recommend the Canton, GA location — they actually make an effort to help their customers.
