    I was promised a luxury car would be available when I made a reservation. I was taking my luxury suv to get bodywork following an accident. At the time I made the reservation, several days in advance, I was guaranteed a luxury vehicle. I explained the car was important for my business. As it turned out, when I got to the reservation desk, they advised that they did not have the car I was promised but would have one that evening and would call me back. They did not. The following day I called and still was told that they did not have the car I was promised and would call me. Of course, they did not. The next day I called again and… wouldn’t you know it. Still no car! The only reason I dropped my car off for repair was because they promised a comparable car. Instead I’m in a jeep so far off the ground I have to pull myself up into it. Definitely not a luxury vehicle and not one I can bring any client into, especially an older person. Hopefully they will do the right thing.

    Don’t rely on these guys if you need to rent a car for something important. I made my reservation online four days in advance. Picked a specific time to pick up the car and showed up on time. When I arrived, they made me aware that they did not have the car I selected nor any options other than a minivan or an EV. Now here I am with just a couple of hours left in the day to find something. As a business client, I have rented from these guys a lot in the past. They used to be good.

    I travel for work and have rented here multiple times since it is the agency closest to home. Every time I rent a standard car and they give me a Mitsubishi Mirage. I included photos showing Economy and Standard are different sizes. I realize this time Economy is more costly but for someone traveling an extra 20 hrs per week, it makes sense to have a larger car for safety and comfort. This agency obviously doesn't care about it's stable customers. They have never offered to upgrade the car in this situation. Today, the car had about 3/4 of a tank of gas and they said "We marked it down to 1/2 tank for you." GREAT! I can drive an hour then fill up the 9 gallon tank again myself at 2 in the morning. Fantastic! I wish I could add more here but I think Google would delete the whole post if I did. I just returned the car and they asked if they could do anything better. I told them about my experience. The lady then told me that this east coast stations do not even order the standard car sedans so they have to give mitsubishi Mirages. You're not helping your case.
