    After my husband’s car was damaged by another driver we needed to rent a car for the few week his car was being repaired. Enterprise has been a car rental company we’ve used many times before. The ease of reserving on the phone or website makes it so nice. I’m such a fan of good customer service and love meeting new people. This location was a pleasure! Devona Williams was my attendant and she made me feel seen, taken care of and her courtesy was top notch! It’s such a small thing to be kind, professional and caring with others and she went above and beyond. It was such a nice feeling to be treated the way you treat others. WAY TO GO ENTERPRISE! Ps-This new location is such a blessing, so close, beautifully built and clean!! I’ll be using this one from now on.

    The staff is polite but if the $276 PLUS a $300 deposit for a Mitsubishi Mirage is just criminal, you cant rent a much larger and nicer car on Turo for the same cost as Enterprises smallest models, without paying a deposit. WAY OVER PRICED

    Update: Enterprise’s reply below is a farce. I have reached out to several other people at their corporate office with my information and not a single person has called me, texted me or emailed me. It has been three days. Only empty promises through Twitter chat. Worst company ever. They simply don’t care. Original review: I made a reservation on Enterprise’s web site. Received a confirmation email. The day before the rental, they texted me to check in. I did so, filling out all the detailed information. Again I received a confirmation. At 7:30 am on the day of the rental, 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up the rental, the lady called from Enterprise to tell me they did not have my rental. Since my family had an 8 hour drive ahead of us to spend Christmas with the family, I asked her how they were going to remedy this. The only thing she offered me was a car that couldn’t fit our family, much less our luggage. Instead of being incredibly apologetic, or trying to give me other options, she tersely said that she was having to also call other customers to give them the same news. As if that was supposed to make me feel better. She sounded so put out by “her” problem. Unbelievable. That was it. Nothing to say. So I went on Twitter and posted to Enterprise’s account. Within a few minutes an obviously automated reply came back asking me to send my rental reservation info so they could immediately start looking into options. I immediately sent them the info. After that I received NOTHING from Enterprise except another automated Twitter message asking me to Follow them so they could help further. No one from Enterprise ever called me. Never texted me. Never emailed me. Simply left our family stranded two days before Christmas with no options. Absolutely inexcusable conduct. So many people have to be so incredibly incompetent at every level to have this happen, considering the advanced computerized inventory systems. And for no one to bother contacting me is unbelievable unprofessional.
