- JLJohn Letner2 days ago1.0Extremely unprofessional staff. Went in on cold sunday morning to make a return on a product that didn't work. No customers were in the store besides myself. I waited in line patiently as the rep behind the counter looked busy on the computer. He waved me to come forward. As soon as I put my return on the counter. The rep asked, "why you wanna return that" in a snarky, aggressive tone. I simply said because it did not work on the vehicle i needed it to. He then proceeded to belittle me and was a huge smart-ass. I was honestly shocked at how random and un provoked this was. Which leads me to believe the that he probably does this Alot more and gets away with it. I was never once rude to this man. I hope justice comes his way. im extremely disappointed in this shop for allowing such employees to go unchecked. It is extremely unprofessional & un-becoming. I will never again use autozome to buy products for my vehicles and will recommend others not to do the same.
