  We have been in this camping world 2 times with the absolute worst customer service. We came in and spent over a thousand dollars on a part and were treated like we were an inconvenience. We gave it a second try, and had even worse service. We will not be back to this location even if we have to drive further.

  Well never judge a book by its cover, I am covered with tattoos and long hair, drive a old 99 gmc truck, dont dress up to look like something im not. Funny story I waited 2 hrs for someone to help me even after others who came in after me got helped. cash in hand to put down, and yall would not help me... your loss

  Ryan from the parts department was amazing. It took him no time to research and no exactly what I needed. Even found a better solution to my problem. What a great service!

  Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful service. I am writing this review with immense disappointment, as the service I received was not just subpar—it was a complete lack of customer satisfaction and unprofessionalism. I was repeatedly promised (requested to send what I needed and wanted in advance, so that the Tech coukd research, and make certain that he could satisfactorly complete the job, info provided two days before dropping off. Upon drop off no one had even went over the provided info, a week and two days later I was contacted and inform there would be an additional charge for an inverter to be installed, and a additional part was needed and wouldn't arrive until Monday after the tentive promise date, service, a deadline, a I offered and agreed to an additional 7 days for a 2 hr job. Again I promised completion, the time provided plenty of time. Also told that I would receive pictures of the job. I never did. Email the manager Shannon, automatic reply that she was out. My service Rep was on vacation. I drove to the location. Someone professional and concern assisted, expressing disappointment with the service, that I had received. In the end, they informed me that someone should have contacted me to let me know there wasn't a place to install the inverter. Obviously the staff had no intention of honoring, which I consider to be dishonest. They are quick to tell you exactly what you want to hear to get you to walk away, but they completely fail to take the necessary steps to resolve the situation, leading to immense frustration. This was a total display of disrespect for my time and business. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and honest experience. ** I was later informed by an independent RV service and repair person, that more then likely they decided not to complete the job. Because they had completely wired the setup incorrectly and hazardous, which adding the inverter with what they has already done. Would cause the inverter to overheat and possibly cause a fire.

  So my son and I went this past Sunday to purchase a camper. After running my son’s credit, we were told “well the bank is closed today, so we will have to wait for them to open tomorrow because they have to analyze. Here’s my card, give us a call tomorrow” My son called the next day and was told someone would give him a call back. No one ever called him back until today, 4 days later. The day we were told to give them a call and they didn’t bother to call back, was the same day we went to Camping World In Buford, and my son left with his new camper. So, Thank you Camping World Buford for doing what Woodstock Camping World didn’t do!
