  Prettt bad service from Cameron. He said there is no oil but he never tried to find it. After minutes I found it myself.

  I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone. I went in to buy a replacement light bulb for my car, and the employee who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I greeted him with a “good morning,” and he completely ignored me. Then I showed him the bulb I needed and asked for the same one. Instead of helping, he responded in a rude tone saying he needed the car model, while making dismissive hand gestures. At no point did he show any willingness to help or even basic courtesy. Customer service should at least include respect, and this was completely lacking. I ended up just saying “thank you” and leaving. Very poor service. I will not be returning.

  The truth is if I could rate fewer stars I would, there is an older man with a beard, whenever I go it is nothing cordial he always does not understand and last time he laughed with a tall white man in the form of a mockery because he made me not understand my very bad English service I prefer to buy from o' raily and to everyone I can I tell everyone I can that this pardon there is a lousy one.
