The only positive is that the guys in the shop were at least polite but it was obvious they don’t have much experience, especially with low profile tires. That’s not something you want to feel unsure about when trusting a shop with your car.The real problem is the front counter. The employee I believe was named Patrick was straight up rude and dismissive. His attitude was unnecessarily confrontational, like helping a customer was an inconvenience. Instead of answering questions or explaining anything, he acted like he didn’t care at all. If this is how they treat paying customers, it’s no surprise the service feels sloppy. Between the lack of experience and the poor attitude up front, I won’t be coming back. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else
