- RRRachel RichdaleJan 5, 20261.0If I could give them negative stars, I would. I came in Friday 1/2/26 to get my brakes done on my vehicle. I paid for new brake pads and rotors as well as brake flush. The whole package. On 1/3/26 my brakes failed on HWY 211. I could not stop and I'm sorry for anyone who was on the road with me. It was scary and I'm sorry if I scared anyone! This is negligence! I could have killed somebody. I had my vehicle towed back to them on Saturday and on Sunday they said "nothing was wrong with it." Ive been generous and only asked to get my tow reimbursed and I've tried calling "Nate" the manager with no answer.

When he got there the tires were not in stock but on the way from warehouse. He told them to keep them, this is not good customer service.

- OHOleksandr HamerskyiDec 17, 20251.0I purchased four tires from this company for my 2014 Ford Transit. After about four months, the front two tires were completely worn out. I returned to them, and they redid the alignment, just as they had supposedly done the first time. I ended up buying another set of front tires from them. Then, three months later, those front tires wore out again. When I went back, they initially refused to do the alignment at their own expense. Only after I argued with them did they finally do it for free. By that point, I had already bought yet another pair of front tires from them. When I got home and removed the wheels, I found that the nut on the tie rod end was completely loose. In total, in just eight months, I had to replace six front tires. I do not recommend this company at all, as they are completely irresponsible.

I’ve taken two vehicles there on three separate occasions, and in all 3 experiences they diagnosed the problem, didn’t pressure me into doing more than what’s necessary, and in one case even told me it would be less expensive to buy a part on my own, and they would install it. I’ll be using this place regularly for my vehicles.
