  Went here to get a tire patched. Was informed that they have just started a policy that they will not work on wheels that have a spacer. That's fine but it wasn't stated anywhere on the website and they removed the wheel before they told me. By removing the wheel they had already broken the policy. Why not just do the work? They could've at least put more air in the tire so I could make it to the next place safely.

  Went to Mavis in Winder Ga to get new tires. On the 5th day of having those tires my front tire blows out. Not caused by a nail or hitting anything had at least 5 slits on the outside of it. Well they tried saying I needed to buy a whole new tire even though this tire was less than a week old. My name is not Karen but I did act like one and got it replaced for free. Now my car feels extremely bouncy like they didn't balance the tires properly and my back rim does not look like it was put on properly. That tire also makes a screeching sound. They reassured me everything was fine but I do not feel safe driving my car. Now I'm going to have to miss another day of work so I can take it somewhere else for a second opinion. Yeah I won't be going back there.
