They allow booking a reservation at 1 o’clock on a Sunday when they close at 1 o’clock. The representative at this location contacted me twice the week prior to confirm the pick up. Friday being the second call. They never said anything about make sure you show up right at one cause we will shut our systems down and lock the door and you will not be able to get your rental. Sunday comes. I get there at 1:15, door locked, system shut down. Can’t get my vehicle. The girl is still inside, opens the door and tells me it takes an hour or two to reboot the system. I asked why she didn’t call and let me know this would happen, and she she said “ oh! I’m supposed to call you?? … I said yes, if you were closing right away, that would be nice to know. I needed that car for an 8hr drive business trip. And had to drive our family vehicle. After I walked out upset, she slams the sliding door shut. I reported her to customer service, but she must be a manager, because nothing happened. No follow call, nothing. This is poor customer service. And she knows it. The customer service department agreed.

The phones ring and ring and ring and when you go on location, you understand why. I don’t know if you’re just understand. I don’t know if it’s the quality of the staff you are recruiting but from Into end, you need to pay a process person to come in and get you all squared away because you’re working harder when you should all be working smarter. You are not my preferred Rent-A-Car space but USAA uses you all exclusively and I just wanna know how did you make that arrangement because it is absolutely not because of your Work Ethic
