My low beam light went out and I watched a YouTube video to change it at home and I had the wrong light. I came in aer Ricky. He brought me the bulb I needed and once I was still unsuccessful at trying, he replaced it for me. I was totally not expecting his kind gesture but it was so appreciated. It saved me plenty of time.
