Set everything up by phone gave them my truck info and was told everything could be done at this location. Get there and was told they could not do the alignment on my truck because it wouldn’t fit on the rack. I asked them not to put the balance beads in my tires. They did it anyways I also found one of my rims bent afterwards and the tires were not rotated. I’ll never use mavis tire again for anything.

- DGDylan GouldingNov 12, 20251.0Went in for a patch on a tire that took a screw, I had them do a rotation while they were at it. Was told it would take 40 minutes. Took 3+ hours, rotation was not done. Stripped my lug nuts. Don’t go here, they will cost you more than they will help you.
