  I wanted to start this review saying thank you to the Paul Thigpen team for making our purchase possible. We were headed to a different dealership when we made the call and these guys were able to take care of us in a timely manner and gave us good money for our trade in! Social shout out to James for absolutely ensuring this process went as smooth as possible. If you want a smooth and easy process, ask for James… he went far and beyond for us and helped us every step of the way!

  I can recommend Thigpen Ford the people there are so kind and so caring. I can say this because my car got taken up there and of course it was a good news, but they cared. Then they helped me and no, we have not finished, but we will just give them a chance that’s all you need to do.

  I walked in looking for a certified pre-owned car and walked out with a brand new Ford Expedition! I was treated like family and.I appreciate how the staff looked after my son while I handled business.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This “ Ford dealership” royally screwed me over and would hate to see it happen to anyone else. We agreed this Ford dealership would purchase my fully working with no issues truck from me, went through all paperwork and signed off the purchase as normal. A month later I had to threaten to report my vehicle stolen because the loan was still active on account. Then all of a sudden I get a random phone call from Thigpen Ford dealership that same day saying my truck is on its way back to being returned. RETURNED?! This Ford dealership tried saying there are transmission issues that they didn’t want to fix. So they dumped it back on me after signing to purchase the truck “as-is” on the bill of sale! They left wires hanging down on my dash and skid plates in my bed, who knows what else they did to my $50,000 truck! And the Ford dealership still cannot give me the diagnostic codes of what is wrong with the truck! Of course when I try to contact a higher up manager everyone is “on vacation”. Now I have to deal with the financial burden of this vehicle again as well as fixing whatever they did to break it. This dealership does not care about customers at all. For a Ford dealership they should be embarrassed. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!

  This place was god awful!!!! The staff sucks!!! We called them to come buy a car made an appointment They told us the car was still there for sale and it would be ready for us We drove from out of town to this place and they sold the car as we were traveling there. Do not trust these people!!!!! I just tried to call the Paul thigpen automotive group management team To discuss what happened to me yesterday and of course they gave me a fake number. Go figure…. Do not trust these people they are liars!!!!!
