  I was very concerned about returning back to this location but I went in on Monday & the manager was working with another person and kindly told me he'd be right with me, I waited and while waiting he was helping several people at one time (guess he was short handed at the moment) and while watching could not believe he ran that place wonderfully and provided me with services on my tire with very detailed info regarding my tires.I will definitely be returning back since this place seems like it has better people than what I last remember.Ive been hearing several people tell me that Trevor is the man to see and I found out for myself this place isnt a complete disaster like what I last remember.I will be returning to get my tires replacement and brakes.Thanks Mavis & Trevor!

  Always good service. I've had oil changes and recently had a tire remounted due to an air leak from another tire shop. Chris (tech) and Trevor at the desk were great. Highly recommend this location.

  Came here due to my truck having choppy tires and uneven wear. Crew at mavis in Waynesboro are friendly and got me the best tires and shocks for my truck at a cheap price. Recommend them severally!!!

  Was provided a bad tire, went back to get a tire change and was told that I hit the curb and was not refunded or exchanged a better tire, I’m suing. Bad for business, not a great place to go for tire changes. Remind you it knots all around from the tire they provided…here’s one of the small knots Update they still lien never got a refund or new tire… look at them getting more defective tires to give out

  I am so very thankful to God for allowing me to be introduced to Mr.Trevor. I was a little nervous when the store changed and new people came, although while I was contemplating in my vehicle, Trevor came outside and asked did I need help. Being a single mom of four and not really having a lot of knowledge about vehicles, Trevor took the time to listen to me, explain and address my concerns, and not “hurt my pockets”. I was having problems with my air last year and Trevor took care of my problem himself. Air worked fine. Although warmer days had come and for some reason my AC was giving me trouble again recently. I was stressing thinking, I just got it fixed not even six months ago. Times are hard for a lot of people right now, and most are on a budget. I called and they told me come bring it to get it looked at. Thankfully, it was a simple fix and Mr. Trevor took care of me, and assured me not to worry. I am so very grateful for having someone I am able to trust and get quality work done with one of my most important resources. Thank you again Trevor! I sincerely appreciate you! See you next time!😊
