    To the Paul Thigpen Ford staff, I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation for the warm welcome I received upon arrival at the dealership. I particularly want to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Raymond Dayton for his exceptional salesmanship, professionalism, and product knowledge. Although I initially visited looking for a Ram 1500, I ended up purchasing an F-150 XLT 4WD Super Crew, which I'm extremely satisfied with. Mr. Dayton's outstanding sales skills truly made the experience noteworthy.     I would like to state my review is about trying to do an internet purchase. I have not been to the actual dealership, so I can not comment on that aspect. I have been looking at a car they have had for 2 months. I made them a fair offer then, but they rejected it. Every week I watched the price come down until it got to the price I offered them back then. I have been in contact with, what is apparently a new sales rep with no actual experience in doing internet sales. I contacted them Monday and the car was still available so I put in a credit app. She told me the manager said I was good to go on the end. I had always inquired about the car have both fobs because all Ford CPO cars are supposed to come with both, this is per FORD! They told me it only had one and I would have to buy the other one. Ok, I guess I will take that up with Ford after the purchase. I contacted my salesperson numerous times via email and text to see what was happening as I have not heard back after that last communication the loan. Several emails to her went unanswered. One text was answered and was told she was busy and would get back to me. I sent an email to the dealerships general email box to have a manager contact me. NOTHING! This dealership (and the sales rep) has terrible followup and follow through. The sales rep has no business handling internet sales request and it appears management is not much better. If you are looking to buy on the internet, I would recommend that you stay far away from this dealership. I have purchased over 10 cars on the internet over the last 25 years and this Paul Thigpen Ford has to be the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. It is 2 days later and I still have not heard from anyone at the dealership after numerous attempts to get someone to contact me. NO ONE EVERY ASKED FOR A DEPOSIT ON THE CAR. I ASSUMED MY CREDIT APP WAS ENOUGH AND IT WAS A DONE DEAL!

    Awful. Sold me a broken car. Had the mechanic tell me it was just bad gas. The salesman and financial officer both claimed to be preachers then lied and cheated me out of forty thousand dollars that I do not have. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

    Don't bother making an appointment in service. And hour after my appt was supposed to start for an oil change, finally got it in. I was actually early too. Oh, and the ai system to take appointments lessens the customer experience. Focus on customer service and the rest will take care of itself. People are nice, but the wait is awful. Please stop making appointment times if they are going to start and hour after the time you say to be here. My time is valuable too and it's apparent that you do not care about the customers time.

    The absolute worst service after a sale I have ever experienced. From multiple phone calls not being returned to services agreed upon during the sale by Timothy and confirmed via email that did not happen. Basically ignored by Timothy after we arrived for our mutually agreed upon appointment date/time this past Saturday. I have been in a Ford Expedition for over 20 years which I purchased from different dealerships and this was by far the absolute worst after the sale experience. After receiving only 1 of the 4 service items agreed upon in the email confirmation, I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. However, Paige in the Service Department knows how to communicate effectively and helped out as much as she could. Paige gets the only one star that I've given.
