I asked for a manager after the employee who said they were new didn't know how to look up my filter for a 2009 Ford expedition 😒 after having to wait a stupid amount of time for a manager Jessica rudely come to the counter stating " she didn't have time for this cause she had to go get her kids " she rushed the transaction..she made me feel unwelcomed and I still got the wrong filter . I just went to another advance auto in Augusta which wasn't ANY BETTER. Steer clear of this place the employee just want to be paid to do nothing

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
