- WBWade BennettDec 12, 20251.0I have had their top wash plan since 2017 on two vehicles. Understand my vehicles would maybe go through the wash bay once a month. Here is how they appreciate their customers. In October my bank card was hacked and the bank canceled it and issued a new card. Im sure everyone has had this experience. Then when that happens you have to contact all the auto pay account linked to the old card and update payment method. The ones you dont remember ends up not getting paid until you do remember them or they contact you. Long story short I was paying whistle express $60.00 a month and to get my account restarted with the same plan is going to cost $100.00 a month. Whistle express thinks it's okay for me to pay them an extra $40.00 a month just because my card was hacked. Hell if I were them knowing customer's hacked card will make me an extra $40.00 a month i would sale the card number to the hackers and profit from the sale of the card number then profit more to get the accounts reopened. 8 years with them and I will be moving over to cascade car wash
