I was told i had to get a new battery so they could do test on my vehicle before they worked on it. That was no problem. I got my vehicle back on 10/08/25. I got the car brought back to my house until i get my insurance handled. Today on 10/14/25 i got everything handled and went to hop in my car to get it cleaned. My car has absolutely no power at all and wont do anything. I called mavis to see if they could help because they were the last ones to work on my car and also had to run test so they would know what it could be. I was asked to jump my car off and bring it up there. I said fine. Then noticed i didnt have any jumper cables and called back. I asked if there was a way they could get my car towed, the response i got was “They do not have any kinda vehicle or road said assistance and to Call Mr.Robbie tomorrow for further assistance”. What Do I Do?
