- JBJames Barrett5 days ago3.0Sort of a “mixed bag” experience for me. When I pulled in at 5:55pm, all the lights were off in the bay and waiting area. The bay doors however were open. (It was already dark outside.) I almost pulled off thinking they were closed, but a young man came out after a few seconds. I asked him if they were closed and he stated they were open till 7pm. I was quoted $89.99 for full synthetic. I did not realize nor was told the oil filter was an EXTRA $20. The service reminder was printed at 3k miles. I asked if the sticker could be reprinted at 5k miles since it was full synthetic. He told me he could not; he was not allowed to. On a positive, the two young men were very nice and respectful. I might would use this place of business again if I was in a pressing need for an oil change. However, for me personally, it would not be my first choice.
