  These are my people ☺️ It was the absolute easiest process I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Susan worked with me and she’s amazing. Super quick with all the paperwork and getting me a price for my trade in. I loved her personality 😁 Tyler did the finance - he was hilarious and I just signed on the line a few times at his fancy desk and it was done! I love my new car! If and when I ever need another - I’ll be back!

  They have always done a great job. They are very professional, and the folks are always very friendly. Terrence is very knowledgeable and makes sure that your vehicle is running the way. It should be every time when it leaves the shop. Terrence and Robbie are the reason that I will continue to use Lowe’s and praise their service.

  My daughter is graduating high school and it was time to trade up. We came here because it’s always been reputable and their staff never appear desperate. They don’t hover over you in the process of looking or shopping at all. Just a very trained staff that understand the assignment and have personable skills. Of course our experience was great but, equally as important, the other customers were smiling and had good experiences as well. The finance manager is really the top notch employee that makes the sales team function as it should. Overall, so far, the dealership of choice for me and my family.

  I called or visited every Toyota Dealership in Middle Georgia. Lowe Toyota was the only one willing to negotiate and work with me to get the deal done. Their team was easy to work with and super friendly. The whole process was very fast! It took longer to detail the truck than signing paperwork! Highly recommended anyone to buy their next car or truck from them. Ask for Quentin Lyons, he will take excellent care of you!

  Amazing customer service found this place through a literal billboard advertisement while driving took the exit and it did not disappoint, went in and bought my car the same day. I worked with Ralph who was professional, kind, and has the patience of a saint!! He answered every single question and more! He made the whole process so easy from the start of my search to the end of my purchase and to the delivery date. He went absolutely above and beyond I felt like I was no stranger to the dealership! I also worked with Micheal who was very easy to work with. My experience has definitely exceeded my expectations & I will definitely come back here in the future to either sell/buy. Their customer service was excellent! Nevertheless, they value their customers and I appreciated that very much! Thank you again Ralph!!!
