- DSDalvin StriplingApr 9, 20261.0I would never use this Body Shop collision place again due to poor customer service too much runaround and they had my truck almost 6 months And plus they did not want to complete the bodywork on my vehicle. They kept pointing the finger at me and my Insurance like we were the problem. We just wanted the bodywork done on the vehicle and the front desk at the Warner Robins location, Mr. Wayne and his team very unprofessional. For prime example, the passenger door was damaged. They replaced the door, but did not want to attached the top of the door back down I like it comes from the factory. They told me it was already like that note the passenger door was removed and replaced and for two the lettering on the hood was taken off because the hood was damaged and they purchased a brand new one but did not want to replaced the lettering front hood and this would be the Warner Robins location, Mr. Wayne and his team so unprofessional too much runaround I don’t recommend anyone to go to this place
