  I have been doing business with this place for some years now. They always have done a great job with all my vehicles and every technician I have spoke with have always been polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I had the pleasure of Chris taking care of me today, and he did a fantastic job with everything and was very professional and respectful. Of all the full service shops here these guys definitely stand out

  "I visited Express Oil Change on Russell Parkway in Warner Robins, Georgia, around 11 a.m. 5/4/26 for an oil change on my Mercedes. Chris, the technician, went above and beyond, explaining everything thoroughly. Though I’ve had many oil changes, I’ve never experienced such outstanding service. He ensured I was safe and asked if I needed anything else. Josh, the manager, also came out to handle a diagnostic reset and made sure everything was good to go. He was professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It’s always refreshing to deal with someone who respects your time and still delivers excellent service.   I’ve had my oil changed here twice on my Kia Sportage Hybrid. Both times I was told the engine was “overfilled,” even though I’ve never added oil myself. They use a top-side extraction method instead of draining from the plug, and when I asked whether their equipment might not be removing all the oil, I didn’t get a clear answer. After checking the oil level myself properly, it appears to be at the correct level. This makes me question their process and diagnosis. The service was quick, but I’m not confident in the accuracy or transparency, so I’ll be going elsewhere going forward.
