  The rental I had wasn't expected before I got it. They guy just gave it to me and told me I was good to go. When I got in Ocala Florida it ran hot on me. I was on the side of the road until it cooled down and let me make it to my destination which was Orlando Florida. I could not use the car once I got to my destination. I spent half of my Saturday morning swapping it out. While going to swap it out ran hot again and completely shut off soon as I got to the Enterprise in Orlando Florida at the airport. Upon returning the vehicle the to the Watson location Shiloh Walz was very apologetic and friendly and made sure all issues I had was resolved.

  Just had to drop a quick THANK YOU to Larry for his courteous and professional appeal during our checkout process of a Dodge Durango on April 1. My wife and I thought he would be a great Great General Manager for any rental car location because of how he handled fulfilling our reservation quickly, and with a sense of happiness to help get us moving as he handled other issues that day. Fast Forward to us returning the car and then there is Shilo on the return on Tuesday, 4/7. I was fine with sitting in my truck while my wife checked the vehicle in. After I noticed how Shilo was smiling and talking and had my wife smiling too. I had to get out and join the conversation. That's when we found out Larry was the Manager. Enterprise, when Larry is promoted, I already know your next store manger for this location name.... SHILO.... Great Job yall are wonderful representatives of great customer service and a sense of PEACE for us.. Nowadays you 2 are a rare breed in Customer Service. Thank you for making my 50th Bday celebration a whole BLAST through and through.. Jarez

  Ever since Ms.Tracy left it’s been hell with this branch. I made a reservation 4 days ago today I went to pick up a car . It was no car just a 2 hour wait for a car come back and get cleaned . I probably could’ve made other arrangements had I received a notice from enterprise. No car no notice no compassion.
